… After fifteen years of practicing various types of yoga, I became a devoted practitioner of Kundalini Yoga for its emphasis on breath exercises (pranayam) and meditation, I have completed I-V levels of mindfulness meditation at the Shambhala Center in New York City and I'm in the process of becoming certified in MBSR- (Mindful Base Stress Reduction by Jon Kabat Zinn).
